Krause House Growth Project focuses on the community development and growth of the Krause House DAO community in size and in Web 2.0 reach. It aims to take advantage of Web 2.0 systems that are already in place and the general interest of NBA fans in the topic.
Naming of the Project shall be voted upon by the Community or involved parties
The Alley-Oop Team - proposed by mario lopes#2725 and Magnus#3558, the Alley-Oop Team is derived from the concept of assisting in basketball.
Pelinka Project - proposed by beanie#6169, the Pelinka Project is derived from Rob Pelinka's last name — reknowned as the NBA's best general manager and team builder.
💰 Bounties
The Krause House DAO already has an established bounty board open to all members. Because the community currently only has a few members and a limited genesis team, the bounty board can be leveraged to accomplish more work efficiently. That being said, bounties can be used to encourage non-genesis team members to participate in DAO related work depending on their individual expertise. 💡 Ideas for Contributors

One of the obstacles the Krause House DAO is facing is its limited reach. The DAO went public on twitter this May 2021 and has only garnered a following of 580 people. On reddit, the DAO isn't doing any better. The lack of exposure of the DAO seems to be the main hindrance to its growth.
Krause House DAO can do better. By creating a team of at least 5 members to manage the DAO's social media accounts, we can improve the DAO's presence on different social media platforms. The DAO must have at least 2 full-time social media managers who will interact with different NBA and crypto related social media accounts to improve its reach. Furthermore, during the beginning weeks of the Growth Project, the social media team must set a minimum number interactions per day to ensure its perpetual growth.
Bots may also be utilized to automate interactions (ex. NBA Facts Bot)
